A little bit of pink, a little bit of sparkle , and the most serious skincare routine.
Somewhere between face mask, oversized sunglasses, lipgloss and very important spa conversations… these girls created their own little world.
The kind of childhood moments that are colorful, completely over- the- top and absolutely worth remembering.

Because one day they’ll be too grown- up for this.
But we’ll still have a photographsšŸ“ø

Sometimes the best memories are the ones you make a little messy.

A little paint, a lot of laughter, and two people getting ready to become MOM & DAD.

Because pregnancy isn’t only about the bump… it’s about the excitement, the silliness, the love, and all the little moments you’ll want to remember forever.

And honestly… I think this little one already has the coolest parents ā¤ļø Fedra Sarikakis

A few nights ago, I missed the Perseids.

I wanted to see them. I wanted to stand beneath that sky and watch the stars fall.

But maybe sometimes, we don’t get to see the magic we were waiting for… because somewhere else, someone we love is witnessing their own kind of magic.

Yesterday, my daughter photographed the in Alaska.

And looking at these images, I realized that maybe sometimes it’s even more beautiful to watch your children discover the things that make their eyes light up.

The Aurora Borealis for Marieta Stravoravdi
For my another daughter, it might be the magic in her own child’s eyes.
For may sons, it might be something completely different- a place, a dream, a passion, a simple moment that means everything to them.

We all have our own version of magic.
And maybe, as a parent, one of the most beautiful things is not experiencing every wonderful things ourselves…

… but watching our children find their own Aurora BorealisšŸ¤

Rhodes

Ancient walls. Old towers. Centuries of stories.

And a saxophone playing somewhere in between.
The past and the present, sharing the same street.

That’s kind of moment I love to photograph.

A little list of things that make me happy. šŸ¤

Maybe the easiest way to tell you a little more about the woman behind the camera.

The sea, slow mornings, food shared around the table, old places with stories, golden light… and all the little things that make life feel like life.

What would be on your list?

Before I arrived in Patmos, I said, ā€œI hope I get to see an octopus hanging outside a taverna.ā€

The next day, I turned a corner… and there it was.

Funny how travel has a way of giving us exactly the little moments we didn’t know would become our favourite memories.

Patmos, thank you. šŸ¤

Some places whisper instead of shout.

Patmos is one of them.

The island of St. John the Apostle, where the Book of Revelation was written, holds a quiet kind of beauty.
Not the kind that demands your attention, but the kind that slowly finds its way into your heart.

Maybe it was the silence.
Maybe it was the light.
Maybe it was knowing that these paths have been walked by pilgrims for centuries.

Whatever it was, I left with more than photographs. I left with a feeling.

I’ve realised I don’t travel to collect places.

I travel to collect light.

Old doors with stories to tell.
Weathered door k***s touched by thousands of hands.
Flowers spilling over tiny balconies.
Cats quietly watching the world go by.
The sound of the sea.
The smell of morning coffee drifting through narrow streets.

It’s the little things that stay with me long after I’ve left.

Perhaps we never really remember a place.

We remember how it made us feel.

And this is how Mykonos felt to me.

Little hands. Endless memories.

Some moments don’t ask for our attention.
They simply happen while we’re busy living.

A handful of sand.
Warm sunshine.
The sound of the sea.

Years from now, I probably won’t remember every conversation from that day.
But I’ll remember the feeling of this little hand in mine.

That’s the kind of moment I’ll always stop to notice.

A dearest friend Lucie Velíšková painted this for me years ago.

Looking at it today, I realised it still feels like me.

Always walking.
Always curious.
Always carrying a camera, chasing light, stories and the beauty hidden in ordinary moments.

Funny how some things find their meaning years later.

Maybe that’s what photography has always been for mešŸ¤not just taking pictures, but collecting pieces of life that deserve to be remembered.

Thank you for being here and for seeing the world through my lens.
