Birth Photography Cyprus Capturing the most precious thing in the whole world...... The BIRTH of your child!!! Hearing this could come true made me really happy.

I will let one of my clients describe her thoughts:

"Giving birth is something I really wanted documented! Meeting you before the big day and having a chat with you made me more confident that you were the right person for this! On the big day you were so polite and discreet I almost forgot you were there. You were there at all moments of my long labour of 20+ hours. Thank you for your patience!

And the result... What can I say? You documented moments and details that I afterwards would not remember ever happened... The pictures I have from the day are so precious for me and believe will be loved by my baby while he grows older! I would recommend the same to every mother! # # #"

"Η εμπειρία της γεννάς είναι κάτι που πάντα ήθελα να ζήσω και φυσικά να το καταγράψω. Όταν άκουσα ότι αυτό μπορούσε να πραγματοποιηθεί, χάρηκα παρα πολύ! Η συνάντηση μας πριν την μεγάλη μέρα μου έδωσε την αυτοπεποίθηση ότι εσυ ήσουν το κατάλληλο άτομο για να πραγματοποιήσει την επιθυμία μου.
Και είχα δίκαιο! Την μέρα της γεννάς ήσουν τόσο ευγενική και διακριτική που σχεδόν ξέχασα ότι ήσουν εκεί. Ήσουν παρούσα σε κάθε στιγμή του πολυωρου τοκετού μου που κράτησε πάνω από 20 ώρες! Σε ευχαριστώ για την υπομονή σου!
Και το αποτέλεσμα; Τι μπορώ να πω; Οι φωτογραφίες που βγήκαν είναι πολύτιμες γιαμενα και πιστεύω ότι θα είναι και για το γιο μου μεγαλώνοντας! Θα συστηνα σε κάθε μανούλα να κάνει το ίδιο!"

Off to Nicosia tomorrow to deliver a birth story portfolio and also see the little man who is growing so fast. Also conduction a non-prop, very natural newborn and family shoot!!

I've been waiting to share these for what seems like forever. Hara and Greg invited me to be the birth photographer to capture their little mans entrance into this world. ISIS Clinic yet again was exceptional, with very attentive staff. Claire was outstanding from creating a very positive ambiance with candles (and a little bit of bob marley, Jason Mraz and UB40) to literally holding Hara's hand throughout! Husband Greg is now fully able to offer massages if what I saw was anything to go by!! Leonidas Demitris Charalambous was brought into the world by Dr Mavrides (natural birth) at 09.18am on 13th June and weighing in at 3.010kilos. Here is a teeny sneak peek until the new parents see all of the images. BRAVO Hara you rocked your birth story and I am very proud to have bore witness to it!! Mummy is doing very well, walking and bouncing through her contractions with guidance from Doulla Claire , very supportive husband, but a few hours to go yet!

Well stay tuned, we're on the countdown, mummy to be's waters have broken and she's off to the ISIS Clinic ISIS Clinic for a check up, we expect her to be sent home to rest for a few hours before she going into active labour. All cameras charged, petrol in the car, phone charged and now to eat and sleep for a few hours before I head to Nicosia myself. First time mama so wish her luck!!!

Well my nexy mummy to be, contacted me today to say all is well and confirm her next drs appointment. All is going smoothly and the little one will be here in around a months time!! Exciting
