On September 6th, I’ll be hosting my first Fine Art Photography Masterclass in Belgium, at the beautiful Blauwhuis Castle in Izegem.
This will be an intimate, hands-on day where we’ll explore the creative and practical sides of Fine Art photography — from developing an idea to creating the final image.
✨ What we’ll cover:
We’ll begin with one hour of theory, where I’ll introduce my approach to Fine Art photography and share more about my creative process, storytelling, and how I turn an idea into a complete visual concept.
Then, we’ll move into the practical part of the day.
We’ll create two Fine Art scenes and a portrait session with professional models, working with both natural and artificial light.
Every participant will have dedicated 1:1 shooting time with the model, as well as personal time to ask questions and receive guidance.
I’ll take you through my complete workflow, including:
— Preparing and planning the set
— Working with models and directing poses
— Creating and communicating emotions
— Storytelling through portraits
— Working with natural & artificial light
— My approach to creating Fine Art imagery
— Editing and post-production
But Fine Art photography is not only about creating beautiful images.
We’ll also talk about the business side of photography — how to position yourself as an artist, attract the right audience and clients, and start selling your work both online and offline.
We’ll finish the day with a hands-on editing session and a short portfolio review, giving you the opportunity to receive feedback and discuss your own work.
This is my first time hosting a Masterclass in Belgium, and I’m keeping the group intentionally small so that everyone gets meaningful individual attention throughout the day.
Only 3 spots left.
