Here you see the red clay formations that have occured naturally by erosion over the years. These areas are off limits as they want to keep these clay formations un-touched, but you can walk through some areas and observe closer.

Desierto de la Tatacoa. 🌵🇨🇴
This is the second largest arid area in the whole of Colombia. The Tatacoa area is actually classified as a dry tropical region and not a desert. If it were classified as a desert then dunes would have to be in the area. Quite interesting.

The famous sand tower that stands at a 12m height in the Desierto de la Tatacoa. This is the second largest arid area in Colombia. The Tatacoa area is actually classified as a dry tropical region and not a desert.

Cape Town’s most famous hike up Lions Head, it is such a rad hike and the views are incredible. Takes about 40min - 1hr but it is definitely worth it. Do yourself a favor and give it a go when you’re in Cape Town, Western Cape .

The typical attire of a Colombiano.
This country is full of culture and history, and I cannot wait to explore more of this side of Colombia. I have taken an interest of photographing people and architecture - especially while being in a place like this. It just creates for a dramatic mood. Going to work on this craft until I am really happy with the outcome.
