Friends know I’m always on the move. If I’m not in Hong Kong, I’m boarding a flight to my next destination. I spend over 100 days a year traveling, so a reliable carry‑on means everything.

Earlier today, just off a flight, I noticed one lock on my “Cabin Plus” carry‑on was broken. This case has been with me since 2022, journeying from Paris to Taipei, Berlin (where I bought it) to Ulaanbaatar.

I called the Rimowa Hong Kong store. The staff’s immediate response: “No problem. Bring it in and we’ll fix it.” Fifteen minutes later, a new lock was installed, and it’s all for free. Now my “Cabin Plus” is ready for its next trip with me soon to JFK, New York City.

Thank you, Rimowa. In a world where many brands often disappoint, it’s a relief to trust one that delivers — not about price, but about reliability and commitment.
