Du Jiang Yan, Sichuan province. The most ancient irrigation system, constructed back in 256BC. The water management scheme is still in use today to irrigate over 5,300 square kilometres.

- one of the most unique cities I've been to recently. Perfectly preserved historical heritage (such as architecture) blends into urban design of 21st century.
Spending last 7 years in Asia, where cities develop with insane pace, mostly by replacing historical yet outdated urban settlements with new skyscrapers and shopping malls, I do admire decision of London to respect its roots. London is a place where both new and old history develop in harmony, without having any negative impact on each other.

One of the most beautiful mountains globally - Huangshan (Yellow Mountain), Anhui province.
Climbing the mountain takes 3 to 7 hours, depending on selected route and physical condition. Cable car takes only ten minutes, nevertheless significant part of sceneries will be missed, not to mention sense of personal achievement - it does take power of will to make it to the top.
