It’s been 4 years since I started playing around with drones and it has turned out to be one of the best investments of my life & career. Which one is your favorite? Let me know below!

I have travelled to the driest place on Earth — and nothing could have prepared me for what it actually looks like.

The Atacama Desert in northern Chile sits at 2,400 metres above sea level. It receives less than 1mm of rainfall per year in some areas. There are parts of it where rain has never been recorded. And yet, against everything I expected — flamingos wade through bright red lagoons, cacti line the horizon at sunset, and at night the sky is so clear it looks fake.

Rare, intense rainfall events occasionally occur and the flooding result in bloom of flowers across the desert - something I’d love to photograph one day — but this trip gave me the full, unfiltered Atacama instead.

From the vast salt flats that crack and stretch as far as you can see, to the Valle de la Luna casting shadows that shift by the minute — this place looks less like Earth and more like somewhere a rover would photograph and send back. It’s the most alien landscape I’ve ever pointed a camera at…

Venice is one of those cities that lives up to every expectation — and still manages to surprise you. My friend and I decided to travel to Venice for 24 hours to get some gelato and to see its famous canals.

📌 Here is how you can get the most out of your visit - save this for later!

⚓️ Start by getting a Vaporetto day pass for €25 — it’s your main way around. Forget the water taxi - they are way too expensive.
🛶 Spend your first couple of hours just wandering the backstreets with no destination. The best parts of Venice aren’t on any map. When you’re ready for a gondola, don’t jump into the first one you see — scout the canal you actually want to be on first. They only take you 20–30 minutes, so make it count.
🍽️ For lunch, Venetian cuisine is seafood-heavy and worth leaning into. Try Risotto al Nero di Seppia, Cicchetti — the local version of tapas — and whatever you do, have a Tiramisu. It was invented right here in the Veneto region.

☀In the morning, get to Piazza San Marco before the crowds. Visit St. Mark’s Basilica — the Byzantine mosaics will stop you in your tracks. Climb the Campanile Tower for €8 and get the best panoramic view in the city. Then sit down at Caffè Florian, the oldest coffee house in Italy, open since 1720.

🏯Next door, Doge’s Palace was the seat of the Venetian Republic for centuries. Walk through it and don’t miss the Bridge of Sighs inside — prisoners crossed it for their last glimpse of Venice before sentencing. The name says everything.

🚶 Head to the Rialto Bridge — the oldest of the four bridges over the Grand Canal, completed in 1591. Right next to it is the Rialto Market, running since the 11th century. Go in the morning when it’s alive with locals.

🌅 End the day on the Grand Canal at sunset. Find a spot and don’t move.

One honest tip: visit in spring or early autumn. We were there in summer — 36°C and 82% humidity. It left a mark. Shoulder season is a completely different city.

You rarely see cityscapes from me… There are only a handful of cities in the world where I felt the urge to capture the daily life of it. Sydney was and to this day the only city that no matter how many times I visit and go out I will take my camera with me. The vibes out there are unmatched! Have you ever been?

A journey through the untamed wilderness of Patagonia… Here are 3 things to do to get the most out of your visit (save this for later):

1️⃣ Laguna de los Tres day hike
I have been to many hikes throughout my life but the Laguna De Los Tres via Mt Fitz Roy trail is something I will never forget. Known as the most popular day hike from El Chalten this trail will take you on an unforgettable journey!
Start early and be prepared as this hike will take up a full day (23km out-and-back trail with a 1054 meters of elevation!)

2️⃣ - Perito Moreno Glacier
Start off your adventures with a trip to Perito Moreno Glacier - one of the few glaciers that is still expanding. Here I’d recommend hopping on a boat to get an up close experience or go on a kayak tour to experience the sheer scale of it.

Alternatively you can do the Coast trail which is a 5kms long walkway with various scenic lookouts.

3️⃣ - Mirador de los Condores Hike
Mirador de los Condores trail is offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, the picturesque town of El Chaltén and you will have the chance to see one of the largest flying birds on this planet, the Andean Condor. Trail info: 5.2km circular trail with 215 meters of elevation.

Visiting Faroe Islands was a wild ride, from almost losing both of our drones to experiencing magical sunsets we got the whole package. Even though we have faced many challenges throughout the 6 days that we spent there, I still think that Faroes offers some of the most magnificent natural beauties in Europe. With whom would you explore these islands? 🇫🇴

Spring is around the corner. Days are getting longer and we are starting to see the sun more after this particularly cold winter (although I do love winter scenes). Who is ready for seasonal depression to disappear for the next 8 months? 🥹
