I’ve got that Monday morning feeling ☀️🤩

I used to dread Monday morning before I started my own business. For me the idea that I had to be in a certain place from Monday to Friday, with no flexibility, was suffocating. It’s one of the biggest reasons I started to build something on the side.

What is your reason for deciding to start building something of your own?

Lately I’ve been learning the hard lesson that the way I speak to myself directly effects the way I feel. When I make a mistake I can either reinforce the idea that I’m not competent enough, or I can be gentle with myself and actually have the head space to find the solution to the problem.
Do you pay attention to the way you speak to yourself? ❤️
