Where the land ends and the sea begins – Suðuroy took my breath away.
Wild cliffs, colorful villages, and a deep, quiet peace.
Less touristy, more authentic.
Take the ferry south – it’s worth every minute. 🇫🇴✨

Mykines is one of my favourite islands in the Faroe Islands. From late May to late August, around 250,000 puffins return here to breed. Puffins are monogamous and typically each adult pair raises one chick per breeding season. Witnessing such a lively, bustling colony in this wild and remote location is truly magical.

Spent 11 days in the Faroe Islands, and it felt like hitting the reset button. Being surrounded by so much beautiful nature just does something good for you. ✨

Here’s the iconic Múlafossur Waterfall — we saw it from above, and later from below on a boat trip. Truly unforgettable!

I’ve always been fascinated by how poppies light up the green fields.
Delicate and strong at the same time – a quiet symbol of beauty, remembrance, and peace.
