Want to know how long this took?
Mind you, I had a break for a cup of tea mudflow as outside the rain was hammering down.
Overall, about an hour, to cook the spinach roll with cream cheese took very little time.
It's without flour and of course you could put all sorts of finely chopped veggies inside.
I had it with beetroot, unfortunately shop bought, as mine in the garden is trying to survive this rain.
Which version do you like?
Let me know, because after starring at it for a long time, it gets a bit blurry.
