Imperfect Laughter Risograph series

I photograph women who want to express their sensuality fully and freely. No directions. No imposed poses. No ideal to perform. I create a space. They create the image.

I'm taking back women's image
Exhibition until March 15th

For centuries men owned women's image. They used our bodies to sell, to seduce, to decorate. They decided what was beautiful, desirable, acceptable.
I am taking that territory back.

I am not an author who controls bodies. I create a space where women choose their own expression.

That is the difference between the male gaze and what I do. That is everything.

OPENING TONIGHT

This is the most personal work I have ever made.

What this project taught me: not everything has to be intellectualized. Some things just need to be celebrated.

How do we want to experience our own life? How do we touch that ecstatic flow within us?

It's called Imperfect Laughter.

Come see what shouldn't be shown.

I am 51 years old. And I am making the most sensual work of my life.

I photograph women who want to express their sensuality fully and freely. No directions. No imposed poses. No ideal to perform. I create a space. They create the image.

People told me these images are not seductive enough. Good.

This work is about sensuality that belongs to the person living it – not to the person watching. Sensuality has no expiry date.

The machine that does whatever it wants

Risography is basically a photocopier that went to art school and never graduated.

The ink slides, the colors overlap, nothing aligns perfectly. Every single print is unique. And the best part? The machine decides half of what happens.
In that surrender – to the machine, to the ink, to the unexpected – something magic appears that you could never have planned.

That's what this exhibition is really about.

Upcoming opening of my new solo show Imperfect Laughter
March 4th at 6pm

I'm 51. And I'm making the most sensual work of my life.

Next week, I'm opening "Imperfect Laughter", an exhibition of risograph prints that celebrates something we don't talk about enough: sensuality has no expiry date.

For centuries, men owned women's image. They decided what was beautiful, desirable, acceptable. This work takes that territory back.

But here's the distinction that matters: sensuality is not the same as desirability. Desirability belongs to the person watching. It's about performing for an external gaze. Sensuality belongs to the person living it. It's about being fully alive in your own body. Present. Awake. Expressive.

In this body of work, I photograph women I know, young or my age, who want to express their sensuality fully and freely. I give no directions. No imposed poses. No ideal to perform. I create a space. They create the image.

That's radical. Because for most of art history, women in images were told exactly how to stand, how to look, how much to reveal. Always for someone else's vision.

Why imperfection changed everything
There was a moment in my life where everything changed.

I rediscovered pleasure, sensuality, joy as a philosophy of life. And suddenly I didn't want to make perfect images anymore. I wanted to make alive ones.
Our bodies are ephemeral yet they ground us in the world. This is what I wanted to explore – the ecstatic flow of life that lives in every one of us.
Nothing is perfect. Yet everything is surprising and amazing when you allow it.

Cinematic Client Environments Rooted in Brand Strategy

The Piguet Galland project embodies my approach: authentic, cinematic brand experiences where every design choice supports the larger story.
From Green Narratives to Serene Forest Hues, each client area was crafted to immerse visitors in a world that reflects the bank’s values and vision.

This is what I help my partners achieve—hospitality and corporate spaces that stand out, resonate emotionally, and create unforgettable experiences.
Because blending into the background is not an option for brands that want impact.

Share your vision.
Receive a tailored pre-concept.
Build a complete sensory narrative with me.

Client Spaces in Serene Forest Hues

For these client spaces at Piguet Galland, I designed an atmosphere that carries the brighter, forward-moving side of their strategic narrative.

Color, light, and composition work together to create a sense of optimism—an emotional cue that supports the bank’s mission while offering clients a moment of warmth and clarity placing forward Swiss design.

If you’re an architect or hospitality creator, you know the frustration of spaces that look polished yet feel empty.

Your project deserves more than décor. It deserves a sensory narrative—one that elevates your brand and makes every guest feel something real.

Ready to transform your space from generic to extraordinary?
