Three things that become even more important when you work with a team:
Clear preparation.
Clear communication.
Clear visual direction.
When several people are involved in one project, even a small uncertainty can slow down the whole process.
That’s why I now spend even more time before a photoshoot preparing moodboards, shot lists and visual references.
It gives everyone the same direction — and leaves more space for creativity once we’re actually on set.
Good preparation doesn’t make a photoshoot less spontaneous.
It makes spontaneity easier.
