Together with Kaylee and Nick, we started planning their winter elopement in Switzerland almost a year ago. We chose the date, a breathtaking snowy location, and talked through different adventure ideas.

But sometimes life has other plans :) One autumn afternoon I received an email saying… Kaylee is pregnant. Thankfully healthy and able to travel to Switzerland, which meant I could still meet this beautiful couple — even though their elopement turned into a maternity session.

And honestly? It was pure magic.

Instead of vows whispered on a mountaintop, there were quiet touches, soft laughter, and the tender anticipation of a new life. The Swiss Alps welcomed their with snow-covered peaks, crisp alpine air and sun.

These are the stories that stay with me — not just perfectly planned timelines, but real moments, evolving plans, and love that grows in unexpected ways.

Documenting love stories in the Swiss mountains — whether it’s an elopement, intimate wedding, family or maternity photoshoot — is always about connection. About presence. About honoring the season you’re in.

had planned to share one of my golden-autumn sessions in November, wrapped in fiery leaves and warm light. But for the past few weeks, the Swiss Alps have turned into a true winter wonderland—so I decided it’s time for my feed to welcome winter too. ❄️✨

Today I’m sharing a few snowy frames from last year’s session with the wonderful couple, Carmen & Kenneth. That day, fresh snow fell unexpectedly, covering everything in a perfect white blanket. Grindelwald gifted them the most magical, fairytale-like scenery. 🤍🏔️

I hope this winter brings plenty of bluebird days and many chances for equally enchanting sessions. ✨📸

A Saturday in December, Zermatt wrapped in fresh white snow. Hotels and restaurants glowing with Christmas trees and twinkling lights, just a few days before Christmas… and Carmine & Amy arrived all the way from Australia to elope in a true Swiss winter wonderland.

They said their sacred *“I do”* before God during an intimate ceremony in a charming little chapel above the town, with the kindest priest you could imagine. I had the honor of being not only their wedding photographer, but also a witness to this incredibly warm, genuine couple.

After the ceremony, we took the funicular up to the snowy slopes for portraits, then hiked to the Iglu Dorf Zermatt – open just that day. Stunning outside, magical inside, and filled with wonderful people. And honestly… is there anything more special than a wedding toast with champagne inside an igloo? 🥂🧊

A beautiful, once-in-a-lifetime day. I’m deeply grateful I could capture and preserve these moments forever. Thank you Amy and Carmine ❤️

Post- wedding photo session in the breathtaking Swiss mountains or charming medieval town?
You don't have to choose and can have both!

This lovely couple - Gladys and Bennington came to Switzerland from a distant Singapore. They had been dreaming about this trip for a long time. So I really wanted to show them the best of our region.
First we headed to Titlis glacier at 3 238 metres above the sea level. Today I would like to show you the second part of our session. The evening walk in the Lucerne Old Town. We started from the most famous Lucerne's landmark - the Chapel Bridge, passed the Jesuit Church and Town Hall and explored picturesquare streets of the Old Town. I definitely need to explore Lucerne in the evening more often!

Writing letters to Santa with my kids is one of my favourite Christmas traditions.
Did you know that in Switzerland you can send your letter to Santa and he will reply with help from elves from , attaching a small gift 🥰 and you don't even need to use a stamp. Just don't forget to write the sender's address on the envelope! And hurry up - it is only 9 days till Christmas 😱
