Some images tell a story. This one tells two.
Standing outside Canada Life Centre, Haley and Shane hold a framed photograph from their wedding day, a moment that has since been viewed more than 1 million times on Instagram.
Their story began right here, where they met as members of the Winnipeg Jets Ice Crew. What started with shared shifts at the rink grew into a relationship, and last December 26, that journey came full circle when they exchanged vows at centre ice inside Canada Life Centre. The resulting photograph captured not only an unforgettable moment, but also the hearts of hockey fans across Canada.
Returning to the place where it all began feels especially meaningful. From working together on the ice, to saying “I do” at center ice, and now standing outside the arena holding a photograph that has reached more than a million viewers, this is a celebration of love, memories, and the unexpected paths that can lead two people to each other.❤️
