Confidence.

Stick with me for a minute…

I remember starting out shooting weddings and feeling so nervous before each wedding. At the time it was because I was new, not totally sure about what to do all the time, but also it was excitement as well. I was loving it. I remember telling myself to always remember that feeling.

I also said that if I don’t get that feeling before a wedding that maybe I shouldn’t be doing this anymore.

So I don’t get nervous anymore before a wedding day, I still get excited though. I realized today that I haven’t felt that nervous feeling in a long time.
But I also realized that I get a much different and better feeling now.

That feeling I get now is confidence. Confidence that I know what I’m doing, that I know I’m going to take care of each and every couple that trusts me to be their photographer. Confidence that if something doesn’t go to plan that I’ve got the experience of over 400 weddings to know that I’ll figure it out and the day will continue and I’ll deliver to my couples.

Being confident is so much better of a feeling than that nervous feeling I used to have before a wedding.

So, thank you to all the couples that have trusted me and keep on trusting me! I’m not going anywhere and I still absolutely love being a photographer!

We cannot recommend Corey and Amanda enough!
From the very beginning, they were professional, organized, and so easy to work with. On our wedding day they made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera, and everything felt so natural.

When we received our gallery, we were honestly blown away. They captured every important moment so beautifully, but what impressed us most was how well they captured our personalities.

The quality of the photos is incredible, and looking through them brought us right back to our wedding day. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better photography team. My husband kept telling Corey and Amanda they were “100 out of 10” on our wedding day, and after seeing our photos, we stand by that rating!

Thank you, Corey and Amanda, for giving us memories we’ll treasure for the rest of our lives. If you’re looking for wedding photographers, don’t hesitate to book them, you won’t regret it.

We would recommend them to absolutely everyone!

James family has owned this land for 150+ years! What a beautiful view and such a special place full of family history to have their wedding!

This past weekend I was privileged to be able to spend a beautiful day with Raylene and Graham for their wedding. They got married at their favourite place…their own yard!
The day was spent having the best of times with their family and friends.
