Heyyy! I'm Shin, the face behind Sugared by Shin! 🩷

I've been in the sugaring game for over 8 years now (where has the time gone?! 😂) specializing in Body Sugaring and teaching others the ropes through my Private 1:1 Training!

If you've ever been nervous about getting a Brazilian, trust me, I've heard and seen it ALL. 😂 My goal has always been to make everyone feel comfortable, welcomed, and leave feeling a little more confident than when they walked in!

I'm so excited to be in my new space and continue doing what I love! To my regulars, you already know the drill, and to any new faces, I can't wait to meet you! 🥰

You can have a great pose… and still end up with a photo that feels “off.” 👀

That’s because posing is only ONE piece of the puzzle.

For this image, there’s a lot I love the colour story, the personality in the pose, and the way the environment supports the concept.

But there are also a few things competing for attention.

And this is the lesson I really want photographers to start seeing:

Don’t just ask, “How can I pose my subject better?”

Ask:

“What in this frame is stealing attention from them?”

Sometimes the answer isn’t a better pose.

It’s a cleaner background.
More intentional light.
A tighter crop.
A different camera angle.
Or simply removing visual noise.

That shift in how you see a photograph can completely change your work.
