114 Days!!

There are some animals that stay with you a little longer than others... and Saeris was one of them. ❤️

For **114 days**, we shared her story, hoped someone would see just how special she is, and believed her perfect family was out there.

Today, that wait is over.

**Saeris has found her forever home!** 🏡🐾

This is why the Almost Home Project means so much to me. Every photo is a chance. Every share matters. Every adoption reminds us that no matter how long the journey takes, there is hope.

To everyone who liked, shared, commented, or cheered Saeris on—thank you. And to her new family, thank you for giving this beautiful girl the love and home she's been waiting for.

Today's photo day at the Windsor Essex County Humane Society introduced me to six amazing animals who are all searching for the one thing they deserve most... a forever home.

🌿 PSA: Summer mode activated

May & June events were an absolute dream — but July + August I’m hitting pause on 🐾 all outdoor events. So you will not see me at any animal events.

The heat + outdoor setups + animals = nope, we’ll save that magic for cooler days 🍂

I *am* still booking private sessions all summer, and you might catch a few surprise indoor or patio pop-ups 👀

I will still be doing my regular Humane Society visits + sessions ❤️

Otherwise… I’ll be spending some time with my assistant (Norway 🐾) who is very excited to have me all to herself for the summer 😊

Back to full event chaos in September — and I’m already counting down.

Isn't she just the sweetest? 🥹💛 This beautiful girl completely stole my heart at Pooches & Pinot 2026. Between the wagging tails, happy faces, and all the love, this weekend was one I'll be smiling about for a long time.

I love when our community comes out to events in full force that help support the Windsor Essex County Humane Society!

Eddie absolutely rocked his photo session at Pooches & Pinot yesterday! 🍷🐾

Seriously... doesn't this photo just make you want to grab a glass of wine, find a sunny spot on the patio, and spend the afternoon hanging out with this handsome guy? 😍

What an amazing day filled with incredible dogs, wonderful people, and plenty of smiles. I can't wait to share more photos from the event!
