Tough to believe this handsome dude used to burp on my shoulder and p*e on my lap not that long ago.

This September, Jeeyon starts high school.

Somewhere along the way, I went from buying diapers to buying his first shaving kit. Now we talk about girlfriends and exes (both his and mine), life, friends, Liverpool, F1, guitar and everything in between. Sometimes he calls me “bro” or “dude,” and every time I look up, he seems another inch taller.

Love you, son. No matter how tall you get, you’ll always be the little guy who once fit perfectly on my lap.

Baba is so proud of you. ❤️

Thousands of calories were burned that morning!

Altogether, of course. I contributed... some. Don't ask me how many. Let's just say it might have been a double-digit number.

If you don't know who Tosca Reno is, give her a Google search. To me, she's one of the most inspiring people I've ever had the privilege to photograph, and I'm lucky enough to call her a friend.

This was my fourth (or maybe fifth?) shoot with her, and just like every time before, I was completely blown away. The strength, the energy, the discipline. And she's just 67 years old!

The shoot took place at Durham Kettlebells Club. Not the Durham Region I live in, though. This one is about a 2.5-hour drive from Whitby, on the way to Owen Sound. I left home at 6:30 in the morning, arrived around 9:00, spent the next 90 minutes photographing Tosca doing things that most of us would classify as impossible, and then drove back home feeling exhausted just from watching her workout.

What a day!

Thank you, Tosca, for your friendship, your kindness, and your inspiration. You continue to prove that age is just a number and that passion, dedication, and hard work never go out of style.

You are amazing

From the moment we met, they made me feel like part of the family with their warmth, kindness, and genuine friendliness. Their love for one another shines through so naturally, making every moment a joy to capture.

This was Inaya’s sweet 16 birthday shoot. Yes, she was a little shy in front of the camera, but her sweetness, grace, and quiet charm made every photo special.

It was my first official photo session with this beautiful family, and what a wonderful experience it was!

Thank you, Nargis, Iftekhar and Inaya, for trusting me with these memories.

Paparazzi me!

That’s what happens when you bring your very own paid pap along.

Here are a few examples of the magic that unfolds when you take me with you.

Painted by Love❤️

I don't think I could find a more fitting caption for these photos.

All I told them was, "Just be yourselves." And that's exactly what they did. And they completely made Graffiti Alley their own and turned every corner into a beautiful story.

This is why I love what I do. There is something magical about capturing two people simply being themselves and celebrating their love.

What a day. What a shoot.

Thank you, Ruma and Summit, for trusting me with these moments. It was truly magical.

I miss my family.

I grew up in a big joint family, surrounded by cousins, aunts, uncles, and my Nanu. There was always love, laughter, and people around. I guess that's why I still crave that feeling of family togetherness.

Whenever I get the chance to photograph a big family, I get genuinely excited. So when Sakib told me that his entire in-law family would be here, with some travelling from Brisbane and some from Bangladesh, I knew it was going to be special.

And it truly was.

They are such wonderful people. I received so much warmth and love from everyone, even from little Usman! Spending time with them felt less like work and more like being part of a family gathering.

I'm so grateful I got to capture these memories. It filled my heart in a way I can't quite explain.

Thank you, Sakib and Faria, for trusting me with these moments. Much love to all of you. ❤️
