We are just half way through our adventures in French Polynesia and we are completely blown away by this magical place. I know the word “paradise” gets thrown around a lot, but there is really no better word to describe it. The people, the food, the mountains, the water, the underwater world… we really haven’t come across anything like this place before ❤️

I was fortunate to have a very special experience of photographing x̱áleḵ/seḵyú siyáḿ, Ian Campbell, Hereditary Chief of the Squamish Nation and his beautiful fiancé shámantsut, Amanda, on one of the 3 sacred mountains for the Squamish People - Sxéltskwu7 (Icecap Peak). They were joined by míkwchi7m, Marissa and péptitsutkinem, Jarrett, who brought all the fun we could hope for! The connection of these beautiful people to their land, their ancestors and their family is humbling to experience and I am forever grateful to witness and document these beautiful moments for them. Thank you for your trust Ian and Mandy!
