I kid you not, these beans are amazing! They are roasted to order in small batches locally here in . If you place an order by Friday at noon you’ll have a fresh bag of coffee delivered to your door by Saturday (if you live locally).

A walk in the woods to sooth the soul...

So much has been happening in the world, on our tv screens and in our social media spheres over the last few week. It has been a challenge (of course, a very necessary one) to take in, understand and absorb all that we can.

While I am still working it all through, getting outside in nature has always helped me to process, contemplate, and recognize my thoughts, feelings and emotions.
