Third year at the Whistler Excellence Awards, and this one was a Diamond Celebration for 60 years of excellence. What an honour.

We had so much fun creating this one. A fully custom backdrop built around the Diamond theme, and an AI photo booth branded entirely around our sponsor Gibbons Whistler. Watching everyone laugh, pose and light up when they saw their AI portraits was the best part of my night.

What I love most about this night is the room. Big businesses, small businesses, all cheering for each other, all with the same goal of giving everyone who comes to Whistler the best experience. It’s such a special community.

Congratulations to every finalist and winner. Jackie, Louise, Claire and Haley Whistler Chamber of Commerce, thank you for a beautiful night and for having us back again. Wanted: Someone Who Makes People Smile for a Living (Well, Part-Time) 📸

Flashback Whistler Photo Booth is hiring an on-call photo booth attendant.

Picture this: a wedding at a mountain lodge, a gala in full sparkle, a corporate party where the CEO just put on a giant pair of sunglasses. And you're the one running the show at the booth.

We bring premium photo booths to the best events in Whistler and the Sea to Sky, including a real 1960s Whistler gondola we turned into a photo booth. (Yes, really. 🚠)

You'd be great at this if you:

Can talk to anyone, from nervous grandmas to the life of the party
Stay cool when things get busy
Care about details and making things look good
Don't mind a bit of lifting and some late nights

No experience needed. We'll teach you everything, from setup to the perfect "one more, everyone squeeze in!"

The gig:

On-call, about 2 to 6 shifts a month
Evenings and weekends, usually 4 to 6 hours
$25/hour to start, with a raise once you're flying solo
Paid training, so you're earning from day one
Front-row seat to some of the best parties in town 🎉

For this activation, the concept was inspired by Switzerland, with a personalized gondola look created to match the event vision.

The result was a photo experience that felt connected to the destination, the theme, and the guests.

Another custom activation idea for your next event: personalized trading cards.

This experience lets guests enter their own details before taking their photo, such as their name, nickname, hometown, team, title, score, fun fact, or any custom field that fits the event.

From there, we turn their photo and information into a branded card design created specifically for the experience.

The final card can be printed as a classic trading card, placed in a hard case, or created as a badge-style keepsake for lanyards.

It is interactive, personal, playful, and a great way to build sponsor or event branding into something guests actually want to keep.

For this corporate Camp in the Wild activation, guests were transformed through AI into Whistler-inspired adventurers, from alpine hikers to canoe explorers and campfire dreamers.

But beyond the experience itself, the activation was also designed to create real engagement value for the client through seamless guest data collection and consent-based email capture built directly into the experience.

What a beautiful day at the Whistler Business Golf Challenge 2026 ⛳️

From the golf course to the wrap up party and celebrations afterward, it was such a fun event bringing together the Whistler business community for a day of connection, laughter, and a little friendly competition.

Hosted at the stunning , the atmosphere could not have been more perfect.
