Another custom activation idea for your next event: personalized trading cards.

This experience lets guests enter their own details before taking their photo, such as their name, nickname, hometown, team, title, score, fun fact, or any custom field that fits the event.

From there, we turn their photo and information into a branded card design created specifically for the experience.

For this corporate Camp in the Wild activation, guests were transformed through AI into Whistler-inspired adventurers, from alpine hikers to canoe explorers and campfire dreamers.

But beyond the experience itself, the activation was also designed to create real engagement value for the client through seamless guest data collection and consent-based email capture built directly into the experience.

What a beautiful day at the Whistler Business Golf Challenge 2026 ⛳️

From the golf course to the wrap up party and celebrations afterward, it was such a fun event bringing together the Whistler business community for a day of connection, laughter, and a little friendly competition.

Hosted at the stunning , the atmosphere could not have been more perfect.

We were so happy to bring the personalized trading card photo booth experience to this year’s event. It was so much fun seeing everyone create their own custom golf cards and walk away with a little memory from the day.

Canadian tuxedos, AI magic, and a dance floor full of people completely losing it over their photos ✨

A few weeks ago, we had the chance to bring one of our favourite activations yet to the Mountain Travel Symposium up at the Roundhouse on Whistler Mountain.

Guests arrived fully committed to the Canadian tuxedo theme, and the energy in the room was unreal. Using AI, we transformed everyone into sparkling caricature versions of themselves, surrounded by alpine scenery, glowing northern skies, and full-on après-ski glam.

The reactions were everything. People laughing, lining up with friends, sharing their photos instantly, and coming back again and again to try new poses.

This is what we love most about AI activations. They become more than just a photo booth. They turn into part of the entertainment and create moments guests genuinely remember.
