💛 A Little Market Update 💛

After much consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel our Makers Meadow Market this Sunday, August 16th.

With several vendors having to withdraw, we feel that continuing would result in a smaller experience than we had hoped to create for our community. We want Makers Meadow to be something truly worthwhile and enjoyable for everyone, and unfortunately, we don’t feel we can provide that this time around.

We’re incredibly sad that things didn’t work out, but we’re not giving up on Makers Meadow! 🌿 We hope to try again at a later date when we can create the market we originally envisioned.

Thank you so much to everyone who showed interest, shared our posts, and was looking forward to joining us. Your support has meant so much to us! 💛

✨ WELL… THIS IS A FUN LITTLE BUSINESS UPDATE! ✨

After spending the last few months photographing everyone else’s growing families, it’s finally time to announce that…

BABY PATTERSON IS ON THE WAY! 👶🏼🤍🎉

Yep — your photographer is having a baby! 🥹 And while I’m SO excited for this next chapter, I’m also very excited to reassure everyone that Morgan Jaylyn Photography is still very much open for business! 📸💕

There will just be a few little changes behind the scenes as Baby Patterson continues to grow:

🌿 5-minute buffer between mini sessions
Instead of having everyone scheduled right back-to-back, I’ll be adding a 5-minute buffer between clients. This gives me a little extra time to breathe, reset, and make sure I’m ready for the next family!

🧺 I’m getting some extra help!
You may see either my sister or my husband, Daniel, tagging along to sessions. Their official job title will be Professional Prop Carrier & Photographer Assistant.😂
They’ll be helping with carrying props, moving things around, and all the little tasks that I may not be quite as interested in doing as my belly gets bigger!

📸 But don’t worry — I’m still behind the camera!
I’ll continue photographing your families, milestones, minis, and all the moments you’ve trusted me to capture. There may just be a little more delegating happening behind the scenes. 😂

So if you see me at a session with a slightly bigger belly and an extra set of hands… now you know why! 🥰

I’m so incredibly excited to continue doing what I love while getting ready for the biggest adventure yet.
