Firew**d. (Chamerion angustifolium)
A complicated and beautiful flowering plant that rises from ground that has been burned or logged or otherwise totally disrupted. A sign that nature knows how to recover and has an amazing process that demonstrates resilience.
Interesting how we’ve used the term w**d to refer to it; when most w**ds are considered obnoxious.

For me, it’s learning. Learning new skills, seeing from unusual angles, putting my mind out of it’s normal (haha yes it has one) process and being up for some struggles with learning styles, curve balls nature tosses out and yah.. learning.

So share.. what gets you excited? Maybe you can help me learn even more. ..thanks to a kiddo who motivated us to see things differently.
