When you are stressed what do you do to relax?
Whether its exams or busy season, I prioritize leaving time at the end of each day to unwind. Personally, grabbing a cup of tea and self-reflective journaling are my go-to’s. Recently, I’ve been using The Self Reflection Card set by to explore self-reflection topics and inspire my journaling! I’ve found that doing this has allowed me to reset and start the following day with a clear and relaxed mind, ultimately allowing me to face any challenges my day may bring.
