Spent a wonderful morning at Tiny Marsh with my father yesterday watching the black terns. 6 nests confirmed and two more possibles. Lots of photos to post so on with the first batch showing the eggs.

I finally made it out for some photography at beach one. I've heard a couple plovers calling but haven't laid eyes on one as yet. I'll split into two sets with the first being on the river side of the park and the other, the beach side.

Another set from Wasaga Beach, beach one. Spent another morning spotting warblers. In two days this brings the total to 14 warbler species and two vireo's at the beach. Very happy!!!

Day 1:
Yellow warbler
Common yellowthroat
Yellow-rumped warbler
Blackpoll warbler
Cape May warbler
Northern parula
Canada warbler
Chestnut-sided warbler
Palm warbler

Day 2:
Bay-breasted warbler
Blackburnian warbler
American redstart
Wilson's warbler
Tennessee warbler

Yesterday morning was warbler heaven at Wasaga Beach, beach one! Seven warbler species and two vireos in the pictures. Some of the cape may warblers may actually be palm as it can be hard to differentiate this time of year (at least for me.) I also spotted yellow-rumped and common yellowthroat but no pics.
