Sometimes the most beautiful moments happen when things donā€™t go as planned. What started as an incredible golden hour session for these two, turned into a rainy scene straight from The Notebook šŸ¦¢

And honestly, I wouldnā€™t have had it any other way. The rain felt symbolic of this coupleā€™s story; the unexpected, the difficult moments, and all the miles that have kept them apart. But even as the storm rolled in, they chose to embrace it together.

Itā€™s moments like these that remind me why Iā€™m so passionate about creating more than just beautiful images. I want to create stories. The kind you can look back on years from now and remember exactly how that chapter of your life felt. The unexpected moments, the imperfect ones, and everything that makes your story uniquely yoursāœØ

Some love stories are written in quiet moments, and some unfold all at oncešŸ“šŸ§ŗ

When my cousin first reached out to ask me to capture a surprise engagement, I felt so honoured to be part of a team that would help make her vision come to life. What followed was weeks of quiet planning, coordinating with friends, scouting the perfect golden-hour location, and weaving together all the little details that would make the moment feel effortless.

What began as a quiet storytelling session of a couple enjoying a picnic, sharing laughs, and playing a nostalgic game of cards together quickly shifted into something far more unforgettable. Two proposals. Two promises. One moment that felt suspended in time.

To witness love in its rawest, most intentional form, and to preserve it exactly as it felt is something Iā€™ll never take for granted. Forever grateful to C & C for trusting me and allowing me to capture their storyšŸ«¶šŸ»
