20 minutes - $250 + GST

We’ll have 20 minutes to wander around and use a few different spots in Beacon Hill Park, as long as time allows! The main areas I’ll be using are the fields around the petting zoo, the willow trees across from the petting zoo, and the fields closer to Heywood Street.

There’s a certain energy behind every plate.

From the heat of the kitchen to the final toss in the pan, our Linguine con Frutti di Mare is prepared with prawns, mussels, and halibut, finished with lemon parsley cream, white w**e, tomato, leeks, garlic, and red onion.

What arrives at the table is only the final moment of a dish made with care.

Some sessions, I look at a photo and don’t know where to start editing, because sometimes I think they look best as is 😅...
