Can I tell you a secret??
Family photos use to be my least favourite type of session 😬
The families, of course, did absolutely nothing wrong, it was all on me and how I saw family pictures!! It pains me to admit it, but I use to go into family sessions thinking (and expecting) the kids and adults to sit perfectly still and smile just so 🤦🏻♀️ Thank goodness, I got over that!!!
Now I go into family sessions excited to witness families just as they are!! The screaming, the playing, the meltdowns, the follow me I must show you this rock right now, it’s all so much better than looking like a family who’s perfect and has it all together!!!
