Officially wrapped up our last summer bo***ir sessions for the season! This summer was packed with sooo much magic and now I'm virtually trying to soak up vitamin D through my photos 😂 honestly I am quite excited for sweater season though, if you know me, you know 90% of my closet is sweaters so I'm ready for cozyyy vibes.

Shooting outdoors this time of year can honestly give me a lot of anxiety because you never know if the weather will cooperate. Some sessions are rescheduled a few times during the fall cause it ain't fun to feel vulnerable, exposed andddd cold. So we reschedule our sessions if need be. BUT man, oh man, did the sun bless us with all its light and energy for this session. We started off on the beach (wanted to make sure we got some high tide), then wandered through the forest and back to the beach for water shots. I secretly (not so secretly) bow down when my clients ask to get creative. Wet, dirty, muddy, up in a tree. Love love love. Ahhh, my heart is full 💖

I just finished a camping trip with 8 of my family members. We were all tired, full from too much junk food and lazy from packing. On our way home, I saw this beautiful inlet and immediately got inspired to shoot. I asked my sister to strip down (at first she wasn't into in) because she was tired and feeling self conscious about her body but once we got into it and played we had sooo much fun! In fact, when she saw the photographs, she was astounded by how beautiful her body looked.

Here's a good lesson, we don't see ourselves the way we truly look. Sometimes, it takes getting out of your own way, taking risks, and having fun to see yourself as you truly are... pure magic, pure bliss, and pure beauty ✨️
