Savannah & Iker. Amor Eterno. On January 31st, I had the incredible honour not only of witnessing the union of these two radiant souls in beautiful Mérida, Mexico, but also of quietly capturing some of their most precious moments as a heartfelt wedding gift. Merida moves at its own pace - everything is slowed down, but the city is alive. warm air, salt on the skin, long stretches of sun, and nowhere to rush to. Just a handful of shots over the first 8 days. Nine more to go. 🏝️🛫🇲🇽

A few weeks ago, I got the chance to ride along with Jesse Adams, owner of Raincoast Dog Rescue, to meet & photograph more than a handful of 10-week-old Siberian Huskey, American Pitbull Terrier, and Hound mix puppies. These have now all long been adopted, but there are always puppies & dogs that need a forever home. I gotta tell ya, hanging out with 20+ puppies for three hours straight, will absolutely exhaust you, however extremely cute. Shout out to for making an effort to save these dogs and helping them find new homes. Follow on Facebook or Instagram to stay in the loop. More puppy photos coming soon. 🐾🐕

How about those eyes am I right?? This incredibly handsome Orange Tabby boy is Zeus. Born December 6th 2019, Zeus(y) aka. Sweet Boy is a Sag Sun, Aries Moon, which speaks highly of his fiery personality. Zeus is actually a soft boy full of love and when he does like you, it’s all cuddles, although always on his own terms. Zeus is still warming up to me, constantly letting me know that he is indeed the “man of the house”. Honestly, it’s pretty wild, male cats are an entirely different vibe altogether. I like to think that if Zeus was human, he’d be an angsty teenage boy; “Zeus honey! whatcha doin’ in there?” (cue journal scene from Mean Girls)

Behind the petting zoo in Beacon Hill Park, there's a maze of hidden trails, covered with luscious overgrowth and connected by secret pathways. It's a very special place that provides a sort of safe haven for any creatures that wish to take shelter from intense weather or bustling noise. If you happen to take a walk down one of these private paths, you might just stumble upon some pretty amazing things. Grateful for these deer being patient with me today, and very grateful for this rain. 🌨️🦌

You know that one guy at the party who's friends with literally everyone? That guy who rolls up with drinks for literally everybody, or who's hooked up with every girl there, but everyone's just chill about it, and it's all high-fives! all around? This is Bruce. Bruce is fully aware that he can get anything he wants in life just by staring at you. Trust me, you'll give in. I chilled with Bruce for about an hour earlier this week, but within only minutes, he was giving off those major 'puppy dog-eyes'/'himbo' vibes. I have limited information on this handsome prince, but what I do know is that he's a young Mexican rescue, and that he would much rather sleep in a pile of snow than in a warm bed. And with eyes like that, I mean, who wouldn't want to get pneumonia while being 'little spoon'?

Harley is literally the happiest dog alive. She smiles 24/7, It's adorable and kind of insane. Some of her favorite things are chewing sticks and keeping her mouth open in case a ball happens to fall in it. Harley is a 3-year-old English cream retriever and a true Gemini. Pretty sure she has ADHD, getting her to stay on the log for even just five seconds was hilarious. We love Harley, but maybe not as much as Nicole does. These were taken in the unkept, hidden pathways of Beacon Hill.

This is Sasha with her owner Marco. Sasha took the time out of her chasing to model for me this evening in the dog park. Sasha is a 14 month old half Black Lab/half Greyhound. Here is one side shot and four photos of her looking left. I did TRY to get her to look right.

This is Sonora, aka. Sonni 🌞Sonni is a Libra sun, Ta**us Moon, Capricorn Rising. She also loves ice cream, absolutely crushes it on a scooter and has probably the most amazing eyes I've ever seen. And that smile, I can't even with this kid.

This tiny handsome man is Fox. Fox is a four year old Yorkie mix who seemed more interested in the sticks on the ground than holding a pose. He kept trying to get pets from me, so I had to play it cool and eventually I snuck in a few. And let's be honest, it's the fur colour for me.
