I called to the devil, the devil did come

I love posting these edits, and I can’t wait to see what the performers choose to post! Part of what I’ve discovered lately is having a blend of photos clients can use, and then having a handful that are very reflective of my artistry and artistic taste and vision! With massive galleries it’s really easy to do that! So here’s the last of my favourite artsy fartsy fine art images and I’ll post at least one that isn’t as outlandish.

Thank you to Pandora’s Box Cabaret for being the best client and laying out what you needed and then giving me the freedom to be a little bit on my BS art wise ilysm

For Pandora’s Box Cabaret Dance with the Devil 2026.

This show is so important and says so much about our society. We all see the headlines, we are all complicit, and we all need to do better, myself included.

I love shooting this show since it lets me reflect on my own sins; indifference, hypocritical, envy, wrath, lust. It’s not that I think I’m a bad person; it’s a mirror that’s held up that says “hey, justifying your way out of your own bu****it will never absolve you of your own sin.”

I think there’s many ways to take this, but this show really leaves you with the question of how are you complicit in the suffering of your fellow humans.

Anyways let me get off my soap box and indulge in the sin of pride while I show you these photos.

This is gonna be an outdoor shoot so we are gonna be doing our best to make sure you are comfy and we have all our ducks in a row!

Prioritizing diversity and uniqueness, but please be aware that if you are shy, this might not be the best opportunity for you since ur gonna be in a bikini and outside.

How lucky I am to be in certain places in time.

I think about this night shooting X CLUB. and pretty boi gtown and what a wild opportunity this was and how insane it was to be in this room.

Sometimes I wish I did better, but honestly, I feel like I still did a pretty decent job looking back on things. I didn’t know who pretty boi gtown was, but now years later as my music taste has changed, it blows my mind how lucky WE ALL WERE TO BE IN THAT ROOM AT THAT PRICE POINT ENJOYING THIS MUSIC.

Like I don’t think it dawned on many people how actually insane this was; certainly not me until WAY later.

Somedays I wish I locked in harder and took more photos of them, but I also am like “you know what, you got to go backstage which is insane in itself, and might never happen again, so let’s be hyped about that.”

Anyways all this to say, thank you to BLUEPRINT EVENTS for this absolutely insane story that I will cherish forever and to X CLUB. for being so much fun and so good. And as always Capital Ballroom for holding it down with these opportunities.

I want you to imagine this for me;

You had your session 5 weeks ago with me and all of a sudden you get a knock at your door. Canada post had a package for you and it has “Katie B Vision Creative” on the label.

This is your album with your selected images from your shoot. You got to pick the material of the cover, type of cover, and now you are looking at your very own keepsake album. You maybe wait until your partner gets home, or maybe you rip open the packaging immediately to see.

In your hands, you are holding something more than just a run of the mill photo album. You are holding a hand crafted luxury item that will live in your home and with you for life.

Maybe you display it on your bookshelf. Maybe you keep it hidden. Maybe you chase down the Canada post person and show them all your photos. Either way, this was a gift that is yours to cherish.
