J&E got married in beautiful downtown Victoria, completely surrounded with love, colour, family, and community. They began with a first look at the Parkside hotel, followed by a family-centric ceremony at their church, a jaunt to a nearby park for some greenery and portraits, and a strut back down the road to the church where their party awaited them.
During the ceremony, J said vows to E's children, uniting them as a family and leaving not a single dry eye in the house, myself included (and I hear a lot of vows). Thank goodness for auto-focus. Other touches included growing their own bouquets, flaunting John Fluevog Shoes, and a game area for guests to bust out a board game and get down to business.
J&E, you are radiant. Thank you for having me along for the ride!
