One of the biggest misconceptions about confidence is that it arrives after something changes 🔥

After the weight loss.
After the promotion.
After life settles down.
After you finally feel "ready."

But what we've learned after photographing thousands of women is that confidence usually starts somewhere much quieter.

It starts when a woman decides she is worthy now.

Not a future version of herself.
Not a better version of herself.

Herself. That's why these artworks mean so much to us!

Because they aren't documenting perfection.

They're documenting a moment where someone chose to see themselves differently.

And sometimes that changes everything.

For Mistaya, this experience was about so much more than photos ❤️🔥

After struggling with self-confidence and body image for years, she reached a point in her journey where she finally wanted to celebrate herself instead of constantly criticising herself.

And that’s what makes her story so powerful!

Not because she changed who she was. But because she slowly started allowing herself to see her own beauty, worth, and strength in a way she hadn’t before.

One of the most emotional parts of her story is this: “I realised I had always deserved self-love and acceptance.”

That line says EVERYTHING.

So many women spend years believing confidence is something they’ll deserve later. After weight loss. After change. After becoming “better.”

But confidence doesn’t begin when you finally become worthy. It begins when you realise you already were.
