This day last year was the end of our normal.
This day last year was the last weekend before we were on lockdown due to the pandemic. It was the last day we hosted a party in our home and the last day we got to see all our family and friends together. While it was the end of our normal, it was the official beginning of my photography business.
Although it wasn't a great time to start a business, I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to launch my business the way I wanted to, in a gallery exhibit style and among family, friends, colleagues, past clients, and even random guests. It'll be a while from now until we can host another event like this, but it doesn't stop me from documenting the memories of our lives and the lives of others during this time.
Thank you to all the people who have supported me, hired me, and watched me and my business grow! I cannot thank you enough. I look forward to the many more moments and memories to document! Happy 1 year!
