My favorite afternoon is definitely Tsujiri BC I love how they change it seasonal and each set is as delicious and creative as the last 🍵🥰

Sweets:
🍰 Classic Japanese style Matcha Yuzu roll cake
🍩 Crunchy yet Chewy Mochi Eclair shell filled with Matcha & Jasmine infused cream
~ TSUJIRI special MATCHA sauce for dipping your roll cake and Eclair.
🥭 Mango sticky rice with passion fruit-infused jelly.
🌹 White rose mousse (white chocolate & black sesame ).
🍨 TSUJIRI MATCHA soft serve

Summer sear & grill savory
🥦 Oven-baked local farm veggies (sweet pepper, mushroom, broccoli, cauliflower)
🍤 Seared black tiger shrimp (butter & sea salt)
🦪 Seared scallop paired with basil pesto

I was so excited to visit Japanese Soufflé Pancake for the Noms Magazine | Vancouver Food

We tried:
🥭 Mango Pomelo w/ Jasmine Tea Jelly
~ House-made tea jelly and smooth mango puree with coconut milk

🍨 Blueberry Yuzu Cheese Kakigori
~ Shaved ice filled with yuzu whipped cream, fresh blueberries, and our house-made mini cheesecakes, topped with Fufu’s signature cheese whipped cream, then drizzled with condensed milk sauce and blueberry purée.
