Planning a photoshoot with my clients feels like a fun shared adventure. I love getting to know the people I will be working with - who they are, what their story is - so we can choose a location together that feels intentional and aligned (and hopefully a little exciting, too!). This is where the magic of our photos starts coming together.✨

Whether we plan a backcountry adventure, a stunning travel destination, or a simple stroll through a well loved spot near home, it is so special soaking in the beauty of the world and capturing memories that they will treasure for years to come.

B+W were dreaming of a location with a breathtaking mountain backdrop to explore for their engagement photos; some fun memories before heading off to their destination wedding in the Kootenays.

I knew the perfect spot right in my own backyard here in Squamish, and it certainly did not disappoint! We had a fun evening dodging some spooky thunderous clouds and dancing in some unexpected sunshine by the end instead! 🏔️🤍

Soaking in the soft October sun, running barefoot in the sand with these two beauties and their sweet pup for this Tofino elopement was pure creative balm for the soul. 🤍✨

When .parcher + read their vows at sunset, Milo chimed in with his own version (slide 12 says it all 🐶😆). It was the sweetest moment, followed by a seriously dreamy sunset. After sorting through these photos, I am feeling very excited for more adventurous destination weddings in 2026!

It has been a challenging last couple of months for me personally, so when my sweet announced she was hosting a workshop for photographers in one of my favourite places on earth, I knew I had to be there. Spending time creating with a small group of photographers just for the fun of it was exactly what I needed to fill my cup. A great reminder to schedule more just-for-the-soul creative days in my calendar going forward, too! 🙏🏼🤍

It is always so beautiful to witness and capture love, but this one felt extra special 🤍

Julie and Dave found each other later in life through a simple introduction from their hairdresser — an unexpected spark that quietly grew into a knowing that life was meant to be spent together.

They planned an intimate morning ceremony at a small chapel on Pender Island, with their sweet pup as witness. Afterward, we wandered to the beach for some dreamy portraits with just the two of them, and later with their closest friends and family, ending the celebration with lunch at their favourite spot. A little Gulf Island wedding fairytale from start to finish. Real dang sweet. 🤍✨
