I am SO EXCITED to share an awesome VIDEO project I got to do with the AMAZINGLY TALENTED Grace Kelly this last month!!! I definitely never would have imagined that I'd meet a talented young female country music singer/songwriter down in NZ to get creative with!!!

This summer I had the opportunity to take some shots of Parry Sound Bikes in their new location at the old fire hall! What was already an amazing bike shop with a stellar owner is now in an iconic location with some gorgeous renovations (and awesome coffee)! Here are the first few images shared on their page:

I have certainly been kept busy this year shooting weddings, engagements, maternity and newborn shots, headshots, and more, but here's a shot from yesterday afternoon when I had the opportunity to achieve a photography goal of my own and finally take some aerial shots!

This photo was taken flying over Squamish, and in the shot you can see The Chief, Howe Sound, and the Sea to Sky Highway.

Anyone looking for a similar experience should look into Sea to Sky Air! We flew with Dave, and he was awesome!

A couple weekends ago I lucky enough to be welcomed into Yonder Wood's workshop and to visit their store. Here's a little video they put together from some clips I filmed for them of their super cool Kinetic Motion Machine!

Important learning point from this weekend: Do not forget your tripod. You never know what you may need it for!

Every photographer must be diligent with their filing, so as not to lose track of any photos.
It is during this filing that I always seem to rediscover some beautiful gems that I had missed the first time around.

Here is a shot from last October in Cypress Falls Provincial Park. I can't wait to hike amongst the wildflowers again this year, and capture more moments in the late afternoon such as this.

Happy International Women's Day Everyone!

A wonderful photograph taken on a wonderful afternoon with the wonderful business owner of Parry Sound Bikes.

It's about time I began to keep this page a little more updated with my recent(ish) photographic endeavours, and a photograph of myself with this exceptional role model and leader shared on seemed a perfect day to begin!

Spent last evening finishing up on preparations for tonight's Christmas market at the End of the Line General Store!

When you live in an apartment, you sometimes need to get creative! Such as using a barstool for a work bench with a 50lb kettle bell to help you hold things down. It's a good thing no one lives below us as the kettle bell did fall off the barstool once, sending a slat 20 feet across our apartment!

Thank you to Urban Repurpose for the cheap cork boards, free wood, helping me with a few key cuts, and picking out a saw! Someone's old, unusable futon has been upcycled into my display easels! It's great having you in the neighbourhood!
