I am grateful. Watching the love that filled every corner of this room was an absolute privilege to be immersed in. These two had so much faith throughout their pregnancy journey, and now to finally be holding their beautiful baby boy. Watching them sing to him; helping him settle through those little tears just makes my heart smile. And my gosh even those unhappy tears were just the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Thank you for inviting me into this part of your world my friends, I can’t wait to watch your family grow.

Some moments ask for nothing more than to be felt. No grand gestures, no perfect script—just two people finding comfort in each other while the world quietly carries on around them. The light softened, time slowed, and for a little while, nothing else seemed to matter.

Pretty sure these two officially own the term “so nice he married her twice”. Last year they eloped in front of an intimate gathering of close family before the birth of their daughter, and then again they said “I do” this June in front of all of their extended family and friends.

The day before was everything you’d expect from Vancouver—steady rain and grey skies. The morning of brought more clouds, leaving us wondering if the forecast would ever change.

And then, it did.

As if the universe had been quietly conspiring in their favour, the clouds parted, golden light poured in, and the day unfolded with effortless perfection. A reminder that sometimes the best things arrive exactly when they’re meant to—including an easy yes to forever.
