Pura Vida

(I have problem to ground myself and be present and to get out of my overthinking head. So situations where i can get hurt and risk my life is my way of grounding meditation )

I started new month strong (1st aug 2025 ), and felt to be alone with my thoughts and work on my inner self. It was a race with daylight afterwork on hot day on dry trail.

The real deal was when i got under the wall in 2 hours and then climbed on the summit of west lion. Exposed, no fall zone where you can easily die. There is no marked trail and its just up to you how you climb to the top.

I did it ! ! !

Descent was 1000x more difficult and i was genuinely scared because i f*cked it up with wrong line choice. The rewards not to die was a gorgeous sunset.

Night jointed the party and i was 3h alone in the dark until i came back to the ski resort. Where i had a close encounter with mountain lion in high crass as a cherry on the top of this 21km up and down ridge bu****it.

2L of water was bare minimum
3 energy bars
-Solo hike after work
-Pushing the limits
-Escape the comfort zone
-Night hike
