I’m still really proud of this album. I took 5 years off from dropping a full body of work and was so nervous to deliver cause it had been so long. The title “Survivors Guilt” was a term I was taught in therapy after being diagnosed with it so this album kind of named itself. It represents somebody who feels like they arent good enough after constant loss and greiving, always feeling like “why me” even if you worked hard to earn your position…The coolest thing about this rap s**t to me is getting to become friends with my idols I grew up listening to and studying and on this record I got to do exactly that. With features from D12, Shaquille O' Neal, B-Real of Cypress Hill, PROF, Dax, Chris Webby, Brotha Lynch Hung, X-Raided, EVIL EBENEZER, Classified, October London, DizzyIsDead, NHale, Daz Dillinger, Afroman & more it was stacked with features and such a honour to work with everybody. I tried to give you 24 songs that represent every mood you go through and every type of day you experience. With C-Lance on 99% of the production it’s always a telling sign that you’re in for a BANGER, he absolutely killed it, with a nod to our boy Pops on “Grew Up” one of my personal faves. Cant forget Nato Down putting his heart and soul in the mix and master like he has my whole career. Thank you guys for making it the NUMBER ONE RAP ALBUM for TWO WHOLE WEEKS STRAIGHT. This is one I’ll always be able to revisit with a smile knowing I’m proud of the whole thing through and through. If you haven’t heard it yet I encourage you to go stream it and tell me what you think in the comments and if you already have, please do the same❤️🙏g
