She booked her shoot with me to celebrate her body, confidence, and §ensµalit¥ in a grounded, self-possessed way. She told me she usually feels a little awkward in front of the camera (don’t we all) and was hoping to see herself from a new perspective.

The best part about what I do isn’t just creating beautiful images. It’s giving women the space to reconnect with themselves and to reclaim their wants and needs in every area of their lives.

This work goes way beyond pretty photos. It becomes a reminder you carry with you - that you are strong, resilient, intelligent, and beautiful, exactly as you are, not as anyone else defines you.

You’ve been running since 6am - answering emails, packing lunches, tripping over things you SWORE you put away, and there’s so much dry shampoo in your hair right now it could probably hold that messy bun up all by itself. The woman you used to be? She’s buried somewhere under about 87 to-do lists.

And it’s ok.

I’ve created a space where you’re the one being looked after for a change. You don’t need to go buy a bunch of stuff you’ll never wear again. You don’t need to do your own hair and makeup. You don’t need to know how to pose. I take care of all of that. I just need you to say yes to yourself so that you have a date on your calendar to look forward to. You’ll come in at 9:30 and I’ll have you finished by 2 so you can still pick the kids up from school. And because you took the morning for yourself, you’ll leave feeling calm, recharged and a little more like yourself again.

This is something I hear from at least 95% of my clients. And once we get into the groove of shooting, I’ll always take the opportunity to poke a little fun - “oHhhh i’M nOt pHotOgEniC” because like, COME ON.

It’s absolutely mind blowing to me that she ever said that about herself because helllooooo - she’s SO FREAKING GORGEOUS.

If you’re reading this and have thought to yourself - “These ladies look so beautiful, I wish I could have photos like that, I’m just too awkward”, just know that just about everyone you see on my page has said the same thing. (past clients - back me up here lol)
