LIMONCELLO SPRITZ styled shoot with juicy citrus and pops of chartreuse, one of the it wedding colours of 2026 🍋

"We really wanted to create a shoot that featured bold colours and even bolder florals. We loved using draping to create an eye-catching centrepiece for the ceremony, paired with urns of yellow florals and fruit. To add visual interest, our florist, Blossom & Vine Co., strung up both lilies and longan fruit in chains. Set to the backdrop of a beautiful West Vancouver beach and the peaceful ocean, we envision this setup at the Landing at the Beach House Restaurant would be perfect for a micro-wedding of 30 to 75 guests. "

We created this beautiful, romantic and playful styled shoot to inspire brides to embrace Butter Yellow, the colour of the year for weddings in 2025! We paired it with a baby blue that adds sophistication to its look, and used a classical venue full of stained glass and traditional architecture. We envisioned the perfect microwedding for up to 50 guests, fully spoiling them with an abundance of lively florals, and amazing good food and drinks from the kitchen of Hawksworth Restaurant.

🎉🎉🎉FEATURED ON 🎉🎉🎉

and I created this vibrant and colorful wedding editorial with the fun-loving, unconventional couple in mind. From the eclectic linen colors to the unique tropical botanicals and fruits, we really wanted to curate an experience that would wow our guests. The central focus of our inspiration shoot has always been vibrant colors and florals, and no one can do that better than .flowers🧡

For our bride, we chose a modern and minimal dress. We also feature an east-west setting marquise diamond ring with details in the gold band. We also included modern, minimal pearl earrings and bracelet, and chose an updo and natural glam makeup to add to the elegance of our bride. For our groom, we went with a simple boutonniere to compliment the bridal bouquet, and opted for a no-tie look for that tropical feel.

Our 3-tier cake is accompanied by the same tropical flowers and fruit, and has a subtle detail of pink stripes on the side. To add to the drama, we displayed this cake on its own cocktail table with a hot pink table cloth.

My Dream Ring 🩷💍

This masterpiece proudly designed with deserved her own post and story!!

I've been obsessed with Heidi's designs shortly after starting my wedding photography career. I loved how vintage-inspired but modern, and unique her designs were. Not only did they have interesting shapes, her designs often featured colored gemstones and contrasting combinations of colors. I was obsessed!! I fell in love with the pink morganite designs and that was my dream ring!

started the ring design in October, shortly after booking our flights to Florence. He emailed Heidi and told her how much I loved her Gatsby design with pink! At the time, she suggested using pink sapphire instead of morganite for better durability. He then went on a journey to search for the perfect center stone! He loved the sparkle of diamonds, and eventually found the perfect pink diamond that had a similar hue to morganite. When I first received the ring I didn't even realize it wasn't!

In addition to the pink diamond center, the ring also has a halo and pavé band of smaller diamonds and an outer circle of white sapphire baguettes. Set in rose gold, this ring is just SOOOO ME -- exactly what intended. She's even more stunning in person!!

was also super easy to work with. She was super responsive and gave him lots of great advice on how to source the perfect center stone. She pours her heart and love into every ring she builds and I'm so happy to have one of her rings 🙈 You bet I'll be getting my wedding band from her!!

✨ Villa Catignano ✨

On our trip to Florence, we visited just outside of Siena. I've been OBSESSED with this venue for years, and it was absolutely magical to have seen it in person. It was so peaceful but lively, with sweeping views of the Tuscan hills.

With its charming Tuscan farmhouse look, to its hand-painted frescoes and its perfect Italian garden with lemon trees, this space is the perfect destination wedding venue. Accommodating up to 90 guests with a number of apartments, breakfast service and a pool, it's the best setting for a wedding weekend experience.

Forever in Firenze 💍

After six months of meticulous planning, created the perfect engagement trip for us in Florence, Italy.

Working closely with , my favourite ring designer that I've been obsessed with for years, he acquired a sparkly pink diamond for the centre stone of the perfect Gatsby ring.

We got super duper lucky with our hotel reservation at , which has the best views of the duomo on their rooftop bar. Our intimate proposal at sunset with Aperol spritzes was perfect, and we went back to enjoy a meal or drink any moment we could.

Lastly, met up with us at sunrise to capture the most beautiful portraits and details against the Florence skyline.

We also took a little visit to , my dream wedding venue 🤤

This trip gave us a lot of time to soak in the excitement and really soak up every little moment we had, and to explore a timeless city together.

✨ Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to those who celebrate!! ✨

It's been a tremendous year of fantastic photo shoots, lovely wedding couples, and the most dedicated wedding vendors. I'm so grateful for my 5 years in wedding photography and I can't wait to see what the new year brings. I'm so grateful for all the supporters in my life -- you're the best gift I could ask for!
