Just a little Wednesday morning sneak peek & housekeeping update!
I'm currently running at a two week turnaround on regular sessions - I'm just as excited to send your photos as you are to see them, but these things take time.
My June calendar is full, unless you want to hang out at 10am on a Tuesday. July/August evenings are filling up quickly & I feel like my summer calendar will be closed likely be the end of June ( insane!)
So if you want to get something on the books reach out sooner rather than later.
Also please remember, your session isn't official until you've signed the contract & paid your retainer fee.

I know it's the season for golden hour sessions in the field, but I'm still obsessing over the simplicity of studio sessions. I will continue to offer these throughout the summer. They're simple and timeless & I just adore them 🤍 ft. one of my fav duos of course!

University and college grads, this is your reminder that graduation sessions are for YOU too.

You didn't just wake up one day with a degree.

You earned it through years of assignments, exams, early mornings, late nights, long drives, tight deadlines, stress, sacrifice, and a whole lot of determination - and probably questioning all of your life choices and crazy amounts of caffeine.

Something I've been noticing with my 2026/2027 couples lately:
The Pinterest chokehold is loosening.
More couples are focusing on connection, presence, and photos that tell the story of the day instead of trying to perfectly recreate something they saw online.
And I love it.
Because years from now, nobody is going to be sitting around talking about a slightly crooked centrepiece or a napkin that wasn't folded properly.
They're going to remember the way Grandma squeezed their hand, the tears, the laughter, the dance floor chaos, and what it felt like to be surrounded by the people they love most.
That's the good stuff. That's the stuff worth remembering.

These two said their I do’s last weekend, and planted some apple trees & took photos in the rain where their forever home will be.
