I’ve been lucky enough to visit Scotland before, but standing on these cliffs was something else entirely.

As an Outlander fan, Scotland has always felt a little magical to me. Add in the fact that I was born just across the border in England and that so many of my ancestors came from Scotland, and this landscape felt oddly familiar from the moment I arrived.

The wind was relentless, the birds circled overhead, and the cliffs seemed to disappear endlessly into the sea.

And getting to photograph a shoot like this here? Absolutely incredible.

Sometimes a location is beautiful. Sometimes it makes you feel something. This was one of those places that reminded me exactly why I fell in love with photography in the first place. 🤍

There’s something really special about getting a front row seat to people’s lives. 🤍

One season it’s engagement photos, then a wedding day filled with happy tears, and before you know it, they’re standing in front of your camera again getting ready to welcome a little one into the world.

Watching these chapters unfold and being trusted to document them never stops feeling like an honour. ✨

Recap from Scotland retreat is one of those experiences I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever fully have the words for 🥹✨

First of all, getting to finally meet Cassidy after learning from her for YEARS was such a full circle moment in itself. She has been such a huge part of my photography journey and someone I’ve looked up to for a long time, so being there felt really special.

And then… Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🤍

Being originally from England, being back over this side of the world already felt close to home. But what made it even crazier was finding out we were staying and shooting around the same area my ancestors lived in back in the 1700s. Getting to explore Tweedbank and the surrounding area felt weirdly emotional and nostalgic in a way I wasn’t expecting!

We stayed at the incredible Abbotsford House, the home of Sir Walter Scott, which honestly felt like stepping into another world. Castles, history, countryside, unbelievable views… I was in photographer heaven hahaha

The retreat itself was incredible. Insane editorials, Private chef meals, the sweetest group of creatives from all over the world, so many new friendships, SO many photos, and endless learning. I also got the chance to learn from and which was so cool!

I’m leaving with a very full heart, a very full hard drive 😂 and so many things I’m excited to bring back into my work.

Sometimes I genuinely have to stop and think how wild it is that photography has taken me around the world and given me opportunities like this. Younger me would never believe it! ✨

First wedding of the year and somehow we started with THIS. ✨

Cathedral windows, soft light pouring everywhere, a dress that belonged in a painting, handwritten vows and one of those wedding days that felt impossibly calm.

Not rushed. Not loud. Just intentional.

These are only tiny previews but this gallery already feels like turning pages in an old storybook. 🤍

I + B on the coast 🤍

15 days until these two get married and I’m honestly so excited to kick off the season with them!!

it was freezing, windy, and very much a lawrencetown kind of day lol… but they brought all the warmth. just laughing, holding onto each other, and fully leaning into it!

these are the kind of sessions I love the most… a little chaotic, a little cold, but so real.

Meghan + Emrys 🍸

These two are the definition of “do what feels like you” for your engagement session.

They’re total foodies, love a good restaurant, and spend their time wandering through art galleries… so it only made sense to turn their session into a full date night!

We started at one of their favourite spots (huge thank you to for letting us take over for a bit 🫶) and then wandered through the art gallery after. It felt less like a photoshoot and more like just tagging along on their date!
