Never entered the Flower, Baking & Photography Show before? We’d love to have you! 🌸🍞📸
If you’ve never entered anything before, don’t worry it’s much easier than you might think!
Here’s how it works:
🌼 Step 1: Check out the Flower Show Booklet (it’s pinned to the top of this page). It includes all the sections, classes, and helpful tips for exhibitors.
🌼 Step 2: Browse through the classes and decide what you’d like to enter. You can enter:
* Homegrown flowers 🌸
* Houseplants or potted plants 🪴
* Homemade baking 🍪
* Photographs you’ve taken 📷
🌼 Step 3: Bring your entries to the Trochu Community Center during one of the following entry times:
Tuesday, August 18
🕗 8:00–9:00 PM
OR
Wednesday, August 19
🕣 8:30–10:00 AM
🌼 Step 4: Our volunteers will be there to help! We’ll assist you in finding the correct class for each entry and help you fill out your entry tags. So don’t worry if you’re unsure where something belongs.
A few important reminders:
* Entries cannot be accepted after 10:00 AM on Wednesday.
* The Community Centre will be closed to the public from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM while judging takes place.
Whether it’s your first bloom, favourite pie, or best photograph, we’d love to see what you’ve been growing, creating, and capturing. We hope you’ll join the fun!
