I believe that the most meaningful moments happen when you're reading your little ones a bedtime story, trying to get them not to splash around in the bathtub or making a terrific mess while cooking an epic Sunday breakfast with your favourite people. I will capture those real life moments for you, as they happen, so you can have a beautiful collection of images to forever remember that time when

both your baby's feet could fit into the palm of your hands. You and your family may not remember the time everyone had to dress formally, sit in awkward poses and say cheese at a photography studio, but they will remember the time they went apple picking, made their very own pie, and laughed so hard it hurt because the new puppy kept rolling on his back to get his belly rubbed while the rest of you were trying to keep a straight face. I believe that despite 40 hour work weeks, endless things to catch up on and an ever growing list of to-dos, it's important to make space for what matters and turn the time you have into memories. I believe in the magic of the everyday, the subtle and not so subtle things in life, and all moments in between. If you feel the same way, I would love to hear from you.

Dear .studio,

You started out as wild, ‘someday’ conversations between two dreamers.

With a little bit of serenity, hard work and a lot of heart, you became reality.

Along the way you rewarded us with a creative, thriving and supportive community. And together, with the help of a small but mighty team ( ), the space turned into something far beyond what I could’ve imagined.

As the studio heads into a new era, I’m starting on a new path too. I’ve stepped away from studio ownership while Sarah, the other half of Sunday Sunday, continues at the new location.

I’m proud of how far we’ve come and couldn’t be happier to see the magic of the studio continue to inspire and connect all those who walk through its new doors.

Version 2.0 is the grown up, refined version of the studio and you’ll love what Sarah has created.

I’ll pop in from time to time because obviously, it is and always will be my favourite studio. Plus I know Sarah and I will continue to cheer each other on with everything we do.

Sunday Sunday, thank you for the good times and grand adventure. 🤍

Everyone’s off for March break so I decided to give myself the week off too! Catching up on movies, drinking coffee while it’s hot and doing a few fun projects are on the list.

Also have been playing around with a manual vintage lens I got from and I’m kind of digging the soft dreamy effect. 🤓 What do you think?
