In light of the erosion of women's rights in the world I've been feeling more and more called to focus on empowering girls and I have a special Mighty Mini collaboration coming up with WORK IT Girl.

On Dec. 3 after school, MIGHTY MINIS is partnering with WORK IT Girl to offer empowering portrait sessions to girls.

These portrait sessions will capture the POWER + PRESENCE in girls. They'll get to dance and play and feel, express, and see their own unique magic.

HOW GIRLS SEE THEMSELVES MATTERS.

Research shows that starting at age 6, girls begin to internalize cultural messages about their capability, and between the ages of 8 and 14, girls’ confidence falls by 30 percent.

Research has found a strong connection between girls’ development of a leadership identity and improvements in self-esteem.

WE HELP GIRLS SEE THEMSELVES AS LEADERS.

When girls see themselves as leaders they can challenge internalized gender stereotypes and feel more capable and worthy.
