Some love stories I get to photograph more than once, and I think that’s one of the sweetest parts of what I do. 🤍

I first met Wiingushk-kwe and Lenan for their engagement session in the fall, and then got to see them again for an even bigger chapter, their wedding day.

They chose The Wilds at Cedar Valley for a beautiful outdoor fall wedding, surrounded by changing leaves and all the warm colours of the season. And then there were the black details. 🖤 They had told me about them from the very beginning, so seeing everything finally come together was such a full circle moment.

They’re also both vet techs and share such a love for animals, which somehow feels like the perfect little detail about the two of them.

From engaged to married, what a beautiful story to have been invited into. 🤍
