Can’t believe you’re 4!! 🤯

A note for future Lakyn:

If you’re reading this one day, I hope you remember how bright you already were at four. You asked a million questions every single day — about how things work, why things are the way they are, and what comes next. You were curious, thoughtful, and always learning, even when you didn’t realize it. That curiosity was (and still is) one of the things I love most about you.

I was so proud of you then. Proud of how smart you were, how kind you were to others, and how confidently you moved through the world as yourself. You had a way of making ordinary days feel special just by being in them. You taught me to slow down, to listen more, and to see life through your eyes.

No matter where life takes you, I hope you always know this: I believe in you completely. I always have. I always will. Being your dad is my greatest thing.

Happy birthday, forever my little girl. 🤍

What a year it has been. 2025 included some majors changes, many firsts, lots of learning and many great times with family and friends.

I am so thankful for the personal change I have made both physically and mentally with the help of coach , can’t thank you enough for holding me accountable and getting me in check 🤝

I competed in my first in Toronto and am now fully addicted.

We did a family road trip out east 🚙 to visit friends and sons some amazing time with them.

Something I am extremely proud of is the physical change that has been made in the second and third last photos. It is truly hard to see the changes your body makes on a day to day basis’s but putting those photos today are insane. First one was taken in January, in the same slide the second was taken in June and the next slide (18) was my most recent check in on Monday this week.

Lastly I am so happy to have launched .dadclub and even more excited to build out a community for modern dads alike in 2026.

Cheers to a stronger, better and more intentional 2026 ‼️
