Living Life Without Limits

Living Life Without Limits Following the adventures of travelling Photographer, Writer, Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Conservat Who Am I? I still have many more adventures to come..

I am a traveller, entrepreneur, artist, adventurer, advocate/activist, fitness enthusiast, thrill seeking, free spirited, unapologetic wild woman. I live authentically to who I am, leaving behind the conventional and breaking away from the box of how society says we should live. I am a travelling nomad who works online and in person in whatever country I am living in. I believe in living authentic

ally to who I am and I strive to share that here with my writing and adventures. I truly believe that with hard work and determination that you can make dreams happen all the time because I've done it and continue to do it each year crossing many new things off my bucket list and adding others. In 2016 I visited over 50 cities, through 8 countries, crossing 31 things off my bucket list. I am a Canadian from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada who has made many homes in the United Kingdom, Germany, and throughout Europe. I will continue to travel and make homes around the world. Next on my list? Iceland, New Zealand, Croatia, and many more! I make sure I am always following what brings me joy and what makes me passionate. I strive to leave everywhere I go better than it was before by adding value whenever and wherever I can. I also make sure I am deeply aware of the impact I am making on this planet and work to protect it wherever I go. In doing so I live a life where I am happy every day (what I mean by that is that I am always grateful for what I have whether my day involves happiness, sadness, anger, etc). I am constantly going after and achieving my dreams. I was born with wanderlust in my bones and adventure in my heart and I wont ever stop discovering the world and exploring ways in which to live a healthier, more balanced, and peaceful life. All of which I will share with you from quotes, videos, articles, blog posts, and pictures along the way. Why Did I Create This Page? I created it because I get a lot of questions about my lifestyle and about travelling and living in Europe. I wanted it to serve as a demonstration that anyone can achieve this lifestyle and find a healthy and happy life. I have no interest in fame or attention. I do not think I am more special or better than anyone. This page is about the bigger picture of what I stand for and what I do. It also came up as an idea due to a lot of people wanting to network with me. I keep my personal Facebook private and close knit often less than 200 people. This page is a way for me to interact with people who have the same passions as I do without exposing my personal life to strangers. I also get a lot of questions about the big ideas I talk about. I hope that this page can be a resource for those things as well as a way for me to openly share the things I am passionate about. It is a way for me to interact with others who enjoy living in a way that brings them joy and happiness. And for the people who find themselves here because they want to achieve that same type of lifestyle than I hope it can demonstrate that it is possible to live a life where you’re happy and grateful if you delve deep into the truth of who you are and what brings you joy. If you are willing to be vulnerable and live whole-heartedly with self-love then you can create a life for yourself that you love. I want to be a reminder to people to live their lives to the fullest potential and that if you truly work hard toward achieving your dreams that ‘impossible’ can be possible. Who Is Caitlin Mellor?

Living Life Without Limits became a personal mantra because it represents everything that I stand for as an unapologetic woman living outside the box of how we are “suppose to”. Instead I embrace following my joys and passions where they lead. This page became a way for me to share my adventures, my writing, and lifestyle in hopes that it helps inspire others to go after their dreams and live their version of a life without limits. I am a traveller, entrepreneur, artist, adventurer, advocate, activist, athlete, thrill seeking, free spirited, wild woman. I strive within everything that I do, and the work that I create, to always show up in the vulnerability and authenticity of who I am. I am a nomad who works online and at times in person in whatever country I am living in. I share my adventures on this page but I also share my passions, which happen to be what I do for work as an entrepreneur, business owner, and freelancer in photography, writing, wellness coaching, teaching yoga, conservation, and public speaking. I pursue the same ethic in my careers as I live my life around - protecting the planet and leaving a loving impact.

As a photographer you can often find me hauling a huge camera into the wild for nature/conservation, adventure portraits, and travel photography - only available for hire on an exclusive basis. My writing often accompanies my photographs sharing the unique stories behind them. At times my poetry is specifically inspired by or inspires one of my photographs. I also collaborate with others by publishing my work with companies and publications I believe in. At the same time I also do my own website blogging and am always working on a few non-fiction novels. My Wellness Coaching and Yoga is all around empowering womxn to step into their divine femininity with self-love and self-acceptance. I look at health and a person as a whole (mind, body, spirit) and provide people with practical tools to use throughout their life to thrive in all areas of wellness. I teach Hatha Flow Yoga almost exclusively outdoors to re-connect people with nature and it’s benefits to our well being. Offering classes in yoga, meditation, moon cycles, and hiking as well as offering workshops and womxn’s circles, I bring a level of variety in which someone can delve into their passions within their health. The contract and freelance conservation work that I have done and continue to do focuses on ecosystem protection with niche specialties within animal protection and the detriment of plastics on the ocean and our human health. I fell into public speaking through my conservation work and extended it within all areas of my life. While I mainly focus on personal narratives as a means of motivational speaking and facilitating personal growth, I also educate around climate change, wildlife safety, and outdoor recreation.

I am originally from the Fraser Valley of British Columbia (traditional unceded S'ólh Téméxw/Stó:lō Territory) of Canada. I have made homes in many different countries within the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and throughout Europe. I will continue to travel and make homes around the world. Next on my list? Iceland, New Zealand, Croatia, Indonesia, Scotland, and many more!

I was born with wanderlust in my bones and adventure in my heart and I wont ever stop discovering the world and exploring ways in which to live a healthier, more balanced, and peaceful life. But no matter how far I travel British Columbia will still hold a sacred place in my heart which will call me home to it’s diverse and unparalleled ecosystems often.
